SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays

  • In case of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed


2. SHIPPING TIMELINES

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Within India: 7-15 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, logistics, and external factors

Please note that these are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates.


3. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout

  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website


4. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/link via email or SMS

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and ensuring availability at the time of delivery


5. DELIVERY TERMS

  • Delivery will be attempted at the address provided at checkout

  • If the customer is unavailable, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery

  • Failure to accept delivery may result in order cancellation without refund of shipping charges


6. DELAYS & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

We are not responsible for delays caused due to:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions or lockdowns

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer


7. INCORRECT ADDRESS / FAILED DELIVERY

  • Customers must ensure that the shipping details are accurate

  • In case of incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply

  • No refunds will be issued for orders lost due to incorrect details provided by the customer


8. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGE

If you receive a package that is:

  • Visibly damaged

  • Opened or tampered with

You must:

  • Record an unboxing video immediately

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email proof to: connect@soareofficial.com

Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.


9. PARTIAL DELIVERY / LOST SHIPMENTS

  • In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner for resolution

  • Any resolution (replacement/refund) will be subject to investigation and approval


10. COD (CASH ON DELIVERY) POLICY

  • We reserve the right to confirm COD orders via call or message

  • Orders not confirmed may be automatically canceled

  • Repeated COD order rejections may lead to restriction of COD access


11. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Currently, we may or may not offer international shipping

  • If available, additional shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes may apply

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes
