8. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGE

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

9. PARTIAL DELIVERY / LOST SHIPMENTS

In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner for resolution

Any resolution (replacement/refund) will be subject to investigation and approval
10. COD (CASH ON DELIVERY) POLICY
